General Management Styles as a Determinant of the Functional Organization of the Metacognitive Sphere of Personality

The article presents the results of a study of the functional organization of metacognitive processes and personality traits in management activity. The patterns consisting in the determinative role of metacognitive parameters in the disclosure of certain management styles are described. It is proved that the measure of the structural organization of metacognitive determinants is different for each general management style. The ideas about the weak role of the permissive style in management activity are substantiated, taking into account a number of relevant conditions for its implementation in modern organizations.References
