Abstract

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the emotional intelligence of nursing staff. Emotional intelligence is considered as a professionally important quality of nurses. The connection between the development of emotional intelligence and the success of the activities of nursing staff is proved. Using the Student’s t-test (for independent samples), significant differences were established for most criteria between medical workers with different work experience.
