Abstract

The article analyzes the activities to prepare participants in the competition "Model of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation". The features of preparation at the correspondence stage are revealed, and a detailed assessment of practical face-to-face participation in the competition in the moot court format is given. The option of presenting a task for the competition - a memorandum - is studied. An assessment of the model meeting is given regarding the practical activities of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
