Abstract

Recently, one of the ways to support citizens is the free provision of land plots from state or municipally owned land into ownership. The federal legislator has provided an opportunity to regulate this process at the regional level. The article considers the general procedure for free provision of land plots to citizens, as well as the peculiarities of such provision to veterans of special military operations and members of their families. Peculiarities of legal regulation of this basis are considered and possible difficulties in future law enforcement practice and ways of their elimination are noted.
