The genesis of scientific views on employment relationship in Germany and Russia in the first half of the ХХth century: history and modernity

Abstract

The article examines the problem of the concept and characteristics of the classical employment relationship in industrial society (the first half of the XXth century). Much attention is paid to the analysis and discussion of the scientific views of German and Russian scientists in the field of labor law on the legal nature and essential features of employment relations. A critical review of scientific views on the issue of employment relations in the first half of the twentieth century was conducted.
