Labor and legal principles: problems of formatting and implementation in Germany and Russia in the first half of the ХХth century: history and modernity

Abstract

The article analyzes the current state of sectoral labor and legal principles. There is a systemic discrepancy between the terminology dedicated to them and their content both within the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and in establishing legislative and executive methods of regulating labor relations. As a result, practice offers double standards for resolving the same issues, which gives rise to multiple inequalities in the labor rights of different categories of workers. This is where the problems associated with the deformed labor market. And also - unreasonable parallel versions of legislation; changes in the content of the main institutions of labor law; commercialization of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and labor legislation in general.
