Abstract

The article provides an overview of the Scientific and Practical Forum "Children's Law". Regional commissioners for children’s rights, government and public figures, law enforcement officers, educators, and scientists attended the Forum. The Forum covered a wide range of issues related to the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of minors. Special attention was paid to interdepartmental cooperation on childhood issues, the prevention of social orphan hood, the role of non-profit organizations in supporting the institution of the family, as well as legal education of the younger generation. A presentation of a unique educational publication, Children's Law, took place within the framework of the Forum.
