Abstract

The article analyzes the problems that currently arise and may arise in the future in connection with the provision of special social protection measures for participants in a specially military operation. The author points to the fact that such special measures are not provided for some categories of persons who actually participate in CBOs, but are not mentioned in regulatory legal acts, as well as to the shortcomings of the social service system, which does not contain assistance measures necessary for the families of CBOs participants. At the same time, it is stated that serious reform of the social protection system is not required to solve these tasks.
