Rent, Currencies and Pay Systems in the Contexts of Reforming the World Financial Architecture

Abstract

The article is devoted to the prognosis of reformation of the world financial system. The author¢s conception of the development of the current world financial crisis as a result of fading of scientific and technical progress and impossibility of collection of technological rent by the country-dominant is offered. It is showed that activation of the role of raw material and capitalist rent will intensify an international competition for the markets of sale, and also will create terms for expansion of list of world currencies and expulsing of dollar as currency-dominant. The review of the state of Chinese currency Yuan as one of potential world currencies is presented, as well as the review of the pay system China Union Pay.
