Integrated industrial enterprise management system: synergetic approach

Abstract

The article considers theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation and development of integrated management systems for industrial enterprises. An attempt has been made to systematize the problems of understanding and forming integrated management systems based on the modern concept of the "business model of the enterprise" and demonstrated the multidimensionality, multilevel dimension, large dimension and uniqueness of the concept of "integrated management system". The authors suggested using a synergetic approach to reduce the complexity of perception and create conditions for practical work with the criterion of "integration". This approach includes an algorithm for working with a configurator that determines the level of organizational maturity of the enterprise and the integrity parameters of the management system that provide the flexibility, innovation and interaction required with the strategy. As a basis for the development of management competences, it is suggested to use a systematized business model. The effectiveness of application of the approaches proposed by the authors is associated with the presence of an active management subject with the skills of self-diagnosis and an appropriate risk-appetite for taking responsibility for the implementation of complex enterprise development projects.
