Opportunities NGO''s involvement in the provision of social services to the population (the Yaroslavl region)

Abstract

This article analyzes NGOs` involvement conditions into the process of providing social services to the population. The author points out the main features of NGOs to provide social services to the population. The article detects main problems and contradictions that exist in the process of gradual access of NGO to budget funds allocated for the provision of social services to the population. Conclusions are maid besed on the results of sociological researches conducted in the Yaroslavl region in 2016 (population surveys, staff and NGO leaders, employees of state and municipal governments).
