Abstract

Political time is not adequately historical-it is multidimensional and variously treated depending on the nature of political action and political decision-making. The temporal aspect of the policy is the subject of analytical researches of many scientists, however, at the turn of the Millennium, when time had become a party to the events, time began to be tested positions and actions, time has accelerated as never before, and in a timely manner decisions lead to society-the political time has acquired a new urgency and poignancy. The author appeals to the category raznjashhegosja of time in order to draw attention to the differing separation processes, the duality of political actors who can turn in simulacrum, filling his irrational and infernalnym content, creating myths and utopias. Special features curving political temporary streams are created in the information society, when a person is able to manage time, reducing it, slowing down, returning and extending. The author introduces the concept of deferred, reverse, conceivable, vnushennogo and real time, noting the concentration in the phenomenon of subjective time political reality politicians and citizens, the rate of formation and realization political projects, understanding of strategic directions of development proposed by the authority, the expression and matching the interests of the authorities and the citizens.
