Personal qualities of specialists in helping professions: defectologists, psychologists and multispecialists

Abstract

The article presents the results of a study on the characteristics of the personal profiles of specialists in various helping professions. The study found that professional experience has a significant impact on the configuration of a person’s profile, particularly for those who work in socionomic fields. As the duration of their professional activity increases, there is a decrease in cognitive, emotional, and motivational resources, while socio-communicative and diplomatic skills increase.
