The article examines the trend of forming new personal non-property rights of workers in modern labor law, especially rights aimed at protecting mental health and dignity. Approaches to protection from stress, mobbing and sexual harassment in the workplace in Japan and France are analyzed, their strengths and weaknesses are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to ILO Convention No. 190 «Concerning the Elimination of Violence and Harassment in the World of Work» and its potential impact on national legislation. The article considers the French model as an example of an effective system of worker protection, with an emphasis on preventing psychosocial risks and creating a safe working environment. In conclusion, recommendations are offered for the development of Russian labor legislation in this area, including the gradual implementation of international standards and the creation of effective mechanisms of protection from various forms of psychological pressure in the workplace.References
