Abstract

Are offered the instrument for hedging risks through their dividing on view business and forming the local estimations of its level. Are defined the degree of probability their negative influence at internal and external factors. Are devised mechanism establishment the degree of strategically freedom, as method for definition optimal ratio between available material recourses and choose strategy of development, providing its remaining that losses of risking do not bring to their losses.
