Experience of realization of industrial policy in Brazil and Taiwan

Abstract

Article considers the main approaches to realization of strategy of industrial policy in the certain countries of the world. As an example main objectives, mechanisms, protectionist measures and results of policy of import substitution and export orientation in Brazil and Taiwan are analyzed. Separate results of economic development of these countries are presented. The author defined the main mistakes which should be considered Russia at further correction of the industrial strategy at the federal and regonalny levels.
