Abstract

This article is about social dilemma of the public good in the housing and communal services. The law of the Yaroslavl region on 28.06.2013 № 32-s “On Certain Issues of the organization of a major overhaul of the common property in the apartment buildings in the Yaroslavl Region" is an example of the situation of social dilemma. In the article the strategies and factors influencing the behavior of individuals in such a situation are analyzed.
