Abstract

Theoretical and practical aspects of formation of profitable base of budgets of municipalities are investigated on is modern a stage. The analysis of structure, structure and dynamics of the income of the budget of the city district Yaroslavl is carried out. Developments of the budgetary system of a problem of formation of profitable base of the budget, actual for the present stage, at the municipal level are revealed. Some recommendations about search of new ways of formation of the income of budgets of municipality are developed.
