Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of modern infrastructural megaprojection in the transport system; a hypothesis is formulated about the purpose of megaprojects in order to generate the competitive potential of the state. The relevance of concession mechanisms, including public private partnership, within the framework of infrastructure megaprojection is dictated by world and national practice. Particular attention is paid to the normative legal issue of implementing a concession in the conditions of natural monopoly.
